Investis Digital Celebrates International Women’s Day 2021

Investis Digital is once again proud to be celebrating International Women’s Day 2021. International Women’s Day is a day of global recognition that upholds women’s achievements, recognizes challenges, and puts greater attention on women's rights and gender equality.

This year, the official 2021 theme of International Women’s Day is ‘Choose to Challenge.’ At Investis Digital, our women choose to challenge every day, constantly sharpening their knowledge, innovating in their work, and executing incredibly complicated work to perfection.

We take great pride in our women, in fact, they comprise 43% of our leadership across the globe. To celebrate them, we wanted to share them in their own words, discussing how they choose to challenge, their role models, what International Women’s Day means to them, how they’re breaking down barriers, and more.

Our women are “showing up for their family, friends and co-workers.” They know, “if we challenge, we can drive change.” They look up to their mothers and grandmothers, who have taught them kindness and support. They want to remind all people that “education is something no one can ever take from you” and love Investis Digital’s “culture of inclusion and diversity.” They feel International Women’s Day can be represented by the words, “skilled, empowered and persistent.” Our women are leaders, athletes, coders, explorers, builders and more. They are varied and incredible.
