Those communications may have included instructions on how to work remotely or new polices that were put in place as a result of the pandemic. However, in the weeks since, how have employers continued to keep a digital-first mindset and leveraged next-gen technology-powered tools to promote a positive employee experience.
Now that working from home is the new norm for many, employees can do many things to keep their teams informed, connected and engaged. But why does it matter? Well, according to a Gallup poll, engaged employees are 45 percent more likely to pivot and maintain corporate performance amidst change and given the most recent events, to keep business moving you must have employees who are agile, adaptive and willing to adopt new technologies to stay connected.
