Lucy is passionate about bringing brands to life through content; telling engaging, influential stories and creating experiences that drive advocacy and loyalty by putting users at the heart of creativity. She has worked with a wide range of companies to help them to shape their content and brand strategies, and tell their stories effectively across all channels and in all formats.

Lucy takes an audience-led, channel agnostic approach, and manages a mixed team of strategists, copywriters, film makers and animators to deliver work that turns audiences into advocates. From award-winning campaigns to long-term strategic planning, the opportunity to find solutions and do things better is what inspires her. Recent clients include Heineken, Rolls-Royce, industry-leading Cosmetics Brands, ASOS and Ocado.
